Security | VIEWNEXT — Enterprise-Grade Data Protection
TRUST & SECURITY

Security at the core.

Security and privacy are features, not afterthoughts. Here's how VIEWNEXT protects your data across every layer of the platform.

Encryption everywhere

Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Least-privilege access

Role-based controls, SSO, and enforced multi-factor auth.

24/7 monitoring

Continuous logging, alerting, and incident response.

Tenant isolation

Enterprise data isolated per organization by design.

Infrastructure

Our services run on hardened, reputable cloud infrastructure with network segmentation, firewalls, and private networking. Production environments are separated from development and access is tightly restricted.

Data encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key-management service with strict access controls and rotation.

Access control

We enforce the principle of least privilege. Access to systems and customer data is role-based, logged, and gated behind single sign-on and mandatory multi-factor authentication. Access is reviewed regularly and revoked promptly when no longer needed.

Application security

Security is built into our development lifecycle: code review, dependency scanning, automated testing, and regular security assessments. We follow secure-by-default practices and address vulnerabilities on a risk-prioritized basis.

Monitoring & incident response

We continuously monitor our systems for anomalies, maintain centralized logging, and operate a documented incident-response process. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected customers in accordance with applicable law.

Compliance

Our controls are designed with leading frameworks in mind, including SOC 2 principles and GDPR requirements. We maintain a current list of subprocessors and can provide security documentation to enterprise customers on request.

Business continuity

We maintain automated backups, redundant infrastructure, and tested disaster-recovery procedures designed to meet a 99.98% uptime objective and to restore service quickly in the event of disruption.

Responsible disclosure

We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please contact security@viewnext.ai with details. We will acknowledge your report, investigate promptly, and keep you informed. Please avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
